 Where there are lots of cool places to hike about. |

 One day we visited Cape Perpetua... it was pretty high! |
 And you could see to infinity and beyond. |

 This used to be an old watch tower in WWII. |
 Nearby Cape Heceta has a working lighthouse. |

 Ppffew! It was hard work to hike up here... |
 ...but Mom and I had a nice rest... waiting for Da' to finally finish playing at fuzzygrapher with the camera! |

 Scenery, schmeanery, I heard something in the forest. |
 And when I say forest, I mean FOR-est! |

 There are some really really HUGE trees here! |
 I had no idea that trees could even get this big. |

 Oooh over here! So many smells, so little time... |
 ... man, this is my idea of Welshie heaven! |

 There are even ferns growing in the wild... |
 ... back in Texas, I had always heard that ferns grew in bars. |
